Checklist
Presented below is a checklist to assist you in fulfilling all of your tasks
as a Faculty Advisor or Head Delegate. If you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to contact our Chargé d’Affaires,
Maya Le Gall ’11.
Task Deadlines:
This list will be updated as dates are finalized. Please check back regularly.
- Online Registration Available: April 21st, 2008
- Early Registration Deadline: September 15th, 2008
- Deadline to Withdraw with Full Refund: September 15th, 2008
- Deadline to Withdraw with 50% Refund (after this date no refunds will be given): October 1st, 2008
- Hotel Registration Deadline: October 10th, 2008
- Balance of Fees Due (after this date your place will not be guaranteed, and the size of your delegation may be reduced): October 15th, 2008
- Delegate Badge Lists & Rooming Lists Submitted via email: October 10th, 2008
- Hotel Meal Plan Sign-Up Deadline: October 10th, 2008
- Hotel Meal Plan Payment Deadline: October 24th, 2008
- Make final preparation for departure:
- Ensure delegates have a signed copy of the ‘Code of Conduct’
- Ensure delegates have valid passports/identification for entering the USA (for international schools)
- Ensure delegates have US $ (for international schools)
And of course, PMUNC begins November 20th, 2008!
